This one is all felt, made to match a cream velvet dress she wears to church. Turns out, felt stretches after a few wears and I should have put interfacing on the band. (luckily her head grows pretty fast, eh?)

Can you interface felt? I always thought the iron would melt felt (at least if it's at all acrylic).
yes, i've done it before. you just can't put the iron on the hottest setting, and you have to get interfacing that is for lining other delicate fabrics (so it fuses at a lower temp)
