Sun Oven Chronicles- Banana Bread

I have a favorite banana muffin recipe and I decided to try making a loaf of banana bread instead (my muffin pan won't fit).  Worked out great!

 I think it baked about 1 1/2 hours.

 One thing I like about the sun oven, is you don't have to watch your baked goods as closely, because it takes awhile to burn.  If you check on most things every 15 minutes, (not cookies, they're so small, they cook faster...) you're ok.
